專業代理PVS-0A-8N PVS-0A-16N-NACHI柱賽泵控製精(jīng)度高。變量行程(chéng)短泵的變量是在(zài)變量柱塞和限位(wèi)柱塞(sāi)作(zuò)用(yòng)下(xià),改變(biàn)定子的偏心(xīn)距(jù)實(shí)現的(dí),而定於的(dí)zui大偏心(xīn)距為 5-9mm(根(gēn)據排量大(dà)小不(bù)同(tóng)),變量(liáng)行(háng)程很短(duǎn)。且變量(liáng)機構(gòu)設計為(wéi)高(gāo)壓操縱,由(yóu)控(kòng)製(zhì)閥進行控(kòng)製。故(gù)該泵(bèng)的響(xiǎng)應速(sù)度(dù)快。徑向(xiàng)結構設(shè)計克服了如軸向柱塞(sāi)泵(bèng)滑靴偏(piān)磨的問(wèn)題(tí)。使(shǐ)其(qí)抗衝擊(jī)能(néng)力(lì)大幅度(dù)提高。 ATOS液(yè)壓柱塞泵 液壓(yā)柱塞(sāi)泵靠(kào)氣壓(yā)供油的液(yè)壓(yā)油(yóu)箱,在每(měi)次啟動(dòng)機(jī)器(qì)後,必須等(děng)液(yè)壓漬(zì)箱達(dá)到使(shǐ)用氣壓後,才(cái)能操作(zuò)機(jī)械。直軸斜(xié)盤式(shì)柱(zhù)塞泵(bèng)分為壓(yā)力(lì)供油型的(dí)自吸油型兩(liǎng)種。壓力(lì)供油型(xíng)液(yè)壓泵大(dà)都采用有(yǒu)氣(qì)壓的油箱,也(yě)有(yǒu)液(yè)壓(yā)泵本身帶有(yǒu)補(bǔ)油(yóu)分泵向液壓泵進油(yóu)口提(tí)供壓(yā)力油的。自(zì)吸油型液壓泵的自吸油能力很強(qiáng),無需(xū)外力供油。對(duì)於(yú)自(zì)吸油(yóu)型柱塞泵,液壓(yā)油(yóu)箱(xiāng)內(nèi)的油液不得低於油標(biāo)下限,要保(bǎo)持足夠數(shù)量(liáng)的液壓油。液壓(yā)油(yóu)的(dí)清(qīng)潔度越高,液(yè)壓泵(bèng)的使用壽(shòu)命(mìng)越長(cháng)。 結構形式

日本(běn)NACHI不(bù)二越(yuè)PVS係(xì)列柱塞(sāi)泵出油閥(fá)和(hé)出(chū)油(yóu)閥座也是一對精(jīng)密(mì)偶件(jiàn),配對研(yán)磨(mó)後不能(néng)互(hù)換,其(qí)配合(hé)間隙為0.01mm 。出油閥是(shì)一(yī)個單(dān)向(xiàng)閥(fá),在(zài)彈簧(huáng)壓力(lì)作(zuò)用下,閥上(shàng)部圓(yuán)錐(zhuī)麵與(yǔ)閥(fá)座(zuò)嚴(yán)密配合,其(qí)作(zuò)用是(shì)在停供時,將高壓油管與柱塞(sāi)上端(duān)空(kōng)腔隔絕,防止高壓油管內(nèi)的(dí)油倒流(liú)入噴(pēn)油(yóu)泵(bèng)內。 出(chū)油閥的(dí)下(xià)部呈十(shí)字斷麵(miàn),既能(néng)導向(xiàng),又(yòu)能(néng)通過柴油。出油閥(fá)的(dí)錐(zhuī)麵(miàn)下有一個小的圓(yuán)柱麵,稱(chēng)為(wéi)減(jiǎn)壓(yā)環帶(dài),其(qí)作(zuò)用是(shì)在供油(yóu)終(zhōng)了時,使高(gāo)壓油管(guǎn)內(nèi)的油(yóu)壓迅速下(xià)降,避免噴孔處產(chǎn)生(shēng)滴(dī)油現(xiàn)象。當環帶落(là)入(rù)閥座內時(shí)則(zé)使(shǐ)上方(fāng)容積很(hěn)快增大(dà),壓力(lì)迅速減小(xiǎo),停噴迅速(sù)
