【概(gài)要(yào)描述(shù)】明星產(chǎn)品熱銷威格士電磁閥,美國(guó)VICKERS威(wēi)格士(shì)電磁閥(fá)隔磁(cí)套管(guǎn)內(nèi)的鐵(tiě)芯(xīn)完成,不存(cún)在(zài)動密封,所以外漏易堵絕。電(diàn)動閥(fá)力矩控製(zhì)不易,容易產生內漏,甚(shèn)至拉斷閥(fá)杆頭部
明星(xīng)產(chǎn)品熱(rè)銷威格(gé)士電磁閥(fá),美國VICKERS威(wēi)格士(shì)電(diàn)磁(cí)閥隔(gé)磁套管內(nèi)的鐵(tiě)芯完成,不存(cún)在動密(mì)封,所以(yǐ)外漏易(yì)堵絕。電動閥力矩(jǔ)控製不易,容(róng)易(yì)產生(shēng)內漏(lòu),甚至拉斷閥杆頭(tóu)部(bù);電磁(cí)閥的(dí)結構型(xíng)式容(róng)易控製內(nèi)泄(xiè)漏 ,直(zhí)至降為零(líng)。VICKERS電(diàn)磁(cí)閥的用途電(diàn)磁(cí)閥用於液(yè)體和(hé)氣體管路的開關(guān)控(kòng)製,是兩位DO控製(zhì)。一般(bān)用(yòng)於(yú)小 型管(guǎn)道(dào)的控(kòng)製(zhì)。電動閥用(yòng)於液(yè)體(tǐ),氣體和風係(xì)統管(guǎn)道介質流量的(dí)模擬量調節,是(shì)AI控製。在大型閥(fá)門(mén)和(hé)風(fēng)係統(tǒng)的(dí)控製(zhì)中(zhōng)也可以(yǐ)用(yòng)電動閥(fá)做(zuò)兩位(wèi)開關(guān)控(kòng)製(zhì)。電(diàn)磁閥隻(zhī)能(néng)用作(zuò)開(kāi)關(guān)量,是DO控(kòng)製,隻(zhī)能用(yòng)於(yú)小管道控(kòng)製(zhì),常見於DN50及以(yǐ)下(xià)管(guǎn)道,往上(shàng)就(jiù)很少了(liǎo)。電(diàn)動閥可(kě)以(yǐ)有(yǒu)AI反饋信號,可(kě)以(yǐ)由(yóu)DO或(huò)AO控製,比(bǐ)較(jiào)見(jiàn)於大管道和風(fēng)閥(fá)等(děng)。1.開(kāi)關(guān)形(xíng)式(shì)電磁閥(fá)通(tōng)過綫圈(quān)驅動,隻(zhī)能開或(huò)關(guān),開(kāi)關(guān)時動(dòng)作(zuò)時間(jiān)短(duǎn)。電(diàn)動(dòng)閥(fá)的驅動一般(bān)是用電(diàn)機(jī),開或關(guān)動(dòng)作(zuò)完(wán)成需要(yào)一定的(dí)時(shí)間模擬(nǐ)量的,可(kě)以(yǐ)做(zuò)調(tiáo)節。2.工(gōng)作性質(zhì)電磁(cí)閥一(yī)般(bān)流(liú)通係數(shù)很小(xiǎo),而且(qiě)工作壓(yā) 力差很小(xiǎo)。比(bǐ)如一般25口徑的電(diàn)磁(cí)閥流通(tōng)係數(shù)比15口(kǒu)徑(jìng)的電動(dòng)球閥小很(hěn)多VICKERS電(diàn)磁(cí)閥的主(zhǔ)要特(tè)點(diǎn)(1)外漏堵絕,內漏易控(kòng),使(shǐ)用安(ān)全。內外泄漏是(shì)危(wēi)及安全(quán)的要素。其它(tā)自控閥通常(cháng)將閥(fá)杆(gān)伸(shēn)出,由(yóu)電(diàn)動,氣(qì)動,液動執行機構控製(zhì)閥芯的轉動(dòng)或移(yí)動(dòng) 。這都(dū)要解決長(cháng)期動(dòng)作閥杆(gān)動密封的外(wài)泄(xiè)漏難題;唯(wéi)有電(diàn)磁閥(fá)是(shì)用電(diàn)磁力(lì)作(zuò)用(yòng)於密(mì)封在電動調(tiáo)節閥隔磁套(tào)管內的(dí)鐵芯(xīn)完成,不存在(zài)動密(mì)封,所(suǒ)以外漏易(yì)堵(dǔ)絕(jué)。電動(dòng)閥力矩控製不(bù)易(yì) ,容易(yì)產生(shēng)內漏,甚(shèn)至拉(lā)斷閥(fá)杆(gān)頭(tóu)部;電磁閥(fá)的結(jié)構型(xíng)式容(róng)易控製內泄(xiè)漏,直(zhí)至降(jiàng)為(wéi)零(líng)。所以,電磁(cí)閥使用特(tè)別安全,尤其(qí)適(shì)用於(yú)腐(fǔ)蝕(shí)性(xìng),有(yǒu)毒(dú)或(huò)高低溫(wēn)的介(jiè)質(zhì)。(2)係統簡單, 便(biàn)接電腦(nǎo),價(jià)格(gé)低謙。電(diàn)磁閥本身結構簡(jiǎn)單,價(jià)格也(yě)低(dī),比起(qǐ)調節(jié)閥等(děng)其(qí)它(tā)種類執(zhí)行器(qì)易於(yú)安(ān)裝維(wéi)護。更(gēng)顯著的(dí)是(shì)所組(zǔ)成的自控係統(tǒng)簡單(dān)得多(duō),價(jià)格(gé)要低得多。由於(yú)電磁閥是開關(guān) 信(xìn)號控製,與(yǔ)工(gōng)控計(jì)算(suàn)機連接(jiē)十(shí)分方(fāng)便。在當(dāng)今電(diàn)腦(nǎo)普及,價格大幅下(xià)降的(dí)時(shí)代(dài),電磁閥的優(yōu)勢(shì)就(jiù)更加明(míng)顯(xiǎn)。(3)動(dòng)作快(kuài)遞,功率微(wēi)小,外形輕巧。電磁閥響應時(shí)間(jiān)可以(yǐ)短至(zhì)幾個 毫(háo)秒,即(jí)使(shǐ)是(shì)先(xiān)導(dǎo)式電(diàn)磁閥也(yě)可以控製在幾(jī)十(shí)毫(háo)秒內。由於自成(chéng)回路,比(bǐ)之其(qí)它(tā)自控閥反(fǎn)應(yīng)更靈(líng)敏。設計(jì)得當的電(diàn)磁閥(fá)綫圈(quān)功(gōng)率(shuài)消(xiāo)耗(hào)很(hěn)低,屬(shǔ)節能(néng)產品;還(huán)可做到(dào)隻需觸發動作, 自動保(bǎo)持閥(fá)位,平(píng)時一點也不(bù)耗電。電(diàn)磁閥外(wài)形尺寸小,既(jì)節省空(kōng)間(jiān),又(yòu)輕巧(qiǎo)美(měi)觀。(4)調節精(jīng)度受限,適(shì)用(yòng)介質受(shòu)限。電(diàn)磁閥通常隻有開(kāi)關(guān)兩(liǎng)種(zhǒng)狀(zhuàng)態(tài),閥(fá)芯隻能(néng)處(chǔ)於(yú)兩個極限(xiàn)位(wèi)置(zhì),不能(néng)連(lián)續調節,(力(lì)圖突(tū)破(pò)的(dí)新(xīn)構思不(bù)少(shǎo),但還(huán)都處於試(shì)驗試用(yòng)階(jiē)段(duàn))所以調節精度(dù)還(huán)受到一定限製(zhì)。電(diàn)磁(cí)閥(fá)對介質潔淨度有較高要(yào)求(qiú),含顆粒狀的介質不能(néng)適用(yòng),如屬雜質(zhì) 須(xū)先(xiān)濾去。另外,粘稠狀介質不(bù)能適用(yòng),而且(qiě),特(tè)定(dìng)的產(chǎn)品適(shì)用(yòng)的介質粘(nián)度(dù)範(fàn)圍相(xiāng)對(duì)較窄。(5)型號多樣(yàng),用途廣泛。電磁閥雖有(yǒu)先天不(bù)足,優(yōu)點(diǎn)仍十分(fēn)突出(chū),所(suǒ)以就設計成多(duō)種(zhǒng) 多樣的產(chǎn)品(pǐn),滿(mǎn)足(zú)各(gè)種不同的需(xū)求,用途極(jí)為廣泛。電(diàn)磁(cí)閥(fá)技(jì)術(shù)的進(jìn)步也(yě)都(dū)是圍(wéi)繞(rào)著如(rú)何(hé)克(kè)服先(xiān)天不足,如何更好地(dì)發(fā)揮固(gù)有(yǒu)優勢而展開(kāi)。FESTO電磁(cí)閥是用(yòng)來控製(zhì)流體(tǐ)方(fāng)向的自動 化基礎(chǔ)元(yuán)件(jiàn),屬於執(zhí)行器;通常用(yòng)於機(jī)械(xiè)控製(zhì)和工(gōng)業閥門(mén)上麵,對介(jiè)質方向(xiàng)進行控製(zhì),從而(ér)達到(dào)對(duì)閥(fá)門(mén)開關的控(kòng)製。工(gōng)作原理電(diàn)磁閥裏有密閉(bì)的(dí)腔,在(zài)不同位(wèi)置開有通孔(kǒng),每個孔 都(dū)通向(xiàng)不(bù)同(tóng)的油管,腔中間是閥,兩麵是(shì)兩塊電(diàn)磁(cí)鐵,哪(nǎ)麵的磁鐵綫圈通電(diàn)閥(fá)體(tǐ)就會被吸引到(dào)哪(nǎ)邊(biān),通過(guò)控(kòng)製閥體(tǐ)的(dí)移動(dòng)來擋(dǎng)住(zhù)或漏出(chū)不同(tóng)的(dí)排(pái)油(yóu)的(dí)孔(kǒng),而進油孔是常(cháng)開的(dí),液壓 油就會進入不同的(dí)排(pái)油(yóu)管,然(rán)後通過油(yóu)的壓(yā)力來推動(dòng)油(yóu)缸的(dí)活(huó)塞(sāi),活塞又(yòu)帶動活(huó)塞(sāi)杆(gān),活塞杆(gān)帶(dài)動機(jī)械(xiè)裝置動(dòng)。這(zhè)樣(yàng)通過控(kòng)製(zhì)電磁鐵(tiě)的電流通(tōng)斷就(jiù)控製了(liǎo)機械運動。
